Safety warning with Seago Lifejackets

There has been a warning sent out in reference to some Seago 150 and 175 Newton lifejackets. The manufacturer is saying that there may be a defect, which could result in serious injury.
The lifejackets in question are marked with manufacturing dates in roman numerals, for example the last date for 2005 is IV/05. The manufacturing dates concerned:
IV/05 I/06 II/06 III/06 IV/06 I/07
If you own one of these lifejackets, including junior lifejackets then please check your manufacturing date. The life jackets in question were sold all over the UK via the Internet, marine outlets and chandlery shops.
If you have one of the above lifejackets then PLEASE STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY and return it to:

A replacement jacket with then be sent to you to replace the faulty one.
