Posted on May 01st 2009
The RNLI were called to the safety of two men, whose boat was sinking off the coast of Teeside earlier this week.
The two men, who were in a 30ft coble, named the Coquet Queen, started sinking as the vessel started taking in a considerable amount of water.
The crew, who were two miles out at sea raised the alarm to the RNLI crew in Redcar. The Crew, who were currently gathering for a training session, were able to get to the boat and the two men in double the time.
