Boat Insurance News: Hand crushed in boating accident.

The skipper of a fishing boat had a search and rescue helicopter called to his aid yesterday after he crushed his hand aboard his fishing boat.
The incident happened off the Western Isles yesterday just after 1100 BST, where Stornoway Coastguard and the RNLI where alerted to the incident. The crew where quick to react and the Maritime and Coastguard helicopter crew lifted the man to hospital, where he will receive treatment for his injuries.
